New Zealand legend Robbie Hunter-Paul rounds off the second week of All Onside fixtures with a high intensity interval training session to help you get back to enjoying exercise during the coronavirus lockdown.
Each workout is no more than 30 minutes long and it is fun, informal, low intensity and requires no professional equipment and just a small space.
The workouts are streamed on RL Cares’ Facebook page every evening (Mon-Sat) at 7:30pm.
