All Onside with Robbie Hunter-Paul and Stuart Fielden: Back and biceps

Former Bradford team-mates Robbie Hunter-Paul and Stuart Fielden deliver an All Onside fixture focusing on back and biceps.

Each workout is around 30 minutes long and it is fun, informal, low intensity and requires no professional equipment and just a small space.

The workouts are streamed on RL Cares’ Facebook page every evening (Mon-Sat) at 7:30pm.
