All Onside with Paige Costello and Keith Senior: Full body workout

Wigan women’s player and personal trainer Paige Costello teams up with former Great Britain international Keith Senior for a full body All Onside workout.

To mark Testicular Cancer Awareness Week, Rugby League Cares have teamed up with OddBalls to put some colour into their daily All Onside fitness fixtures.

Each workout is around 30 minutes long and it is fun, informal, low intensity and requires no professional equipment and just a small space.

The workouts are streamed on RL Cares’ Facebook page every evening (Mon-Sat) at 7:30pm.
