All Onside with Micky Higham and Paul Wood: Chest and triceps

Micky Higham and Paul Wood lead a chest and triceps session designed to get you back to enjoying exercise during the coronavirus lockdown.

Each workout is around 30 minutes long and it is fun, informal, low intensity and requires no professional equipment and just a small space.

The workouts are streamed on RL Cares’ Facebook page every evening (Mon-Sat) at 7:30pm.
