All Onside with Micky Higham and Ian Kirke: Upper body workout

Former Super League stars Micky Higham and Ian Kirke lead an upper body workout designed to get everyone enjoying exercise during the coronavirus lockdown.

Each workout is around 30 minutes long and it is fun, informal, low intensity and requires no professional equipment and just a small space.

Micky and Ian kick off Week 6 of All Onside with a fun fitness session focused on strengthening your upper body.All Onside fixtures are designed for all the family to enjoy exercise during the coronavirus lockdown and can be as easy or as hard as you want to make them. Remember to drink lots of water and to have fun! Oh, and don't forget to come back every day at 5pm Monday to Friday to get fit at home with Rugby League stars.
