All Onside with Keith Senior and Wayne Godwin: Chest and triceps

Drew Darbyshire

Keith Senior and Wayne Godwin take us through a chest and triceps session.

To mark Testicular Cancer Awareness Week, Rugby League Cares have teamed up with OddBalls to put some colour into our daily All Onside fitness fixtures.

Each workout is no more than 30 minutes long and it is fun, informal, low intensity and requires no professional equipment and just a small space.

The workouts are streamed on RL Cares’ Facebook page every evening (Mon-Sat) at 7:30pm.
