All Onside with Ian Kirke: back and arms

Drew Darbyshire

Former Leeds forward Ian Kirke has made his All Onside debut with a fun 30-minute fitness session focusing on strengthening your back and arms.

Rugby League Cares has had help from ex-players across the game to produce daily workouts for fans wanting to stay active at home.

Each workout is no more than 25 minutes long and it is fun, informal, low intensity and requires no professional equipment and just a small space.

The workouts are streamed on RL Cares’ Facebook page every evening at 7:30pm.
