Alex Walmsley and Kriss Brining to conduct Challenge Cup third round draw

St Helens prop Alex Walmsley and Salford Red Devils hooker Kriss Brining will conduct the Ladbrokes Challenge Cup third round draw.

The draw will take place LIVE on the BBC Sport website on Tuesday 13 February, from 7pm.

A Rugby League World Cup finalist, Walmsley began his career with community side Dewsbury Celtic and Leeds Beckett University before joining Championship side Batley Bulldogs and then making the step up to Super League with Saints.

And Brining joined Salford from League 1 club York City Knights ahead of the 2017 season. In his first season, he helped the Red Devils finish fourth at the end of the regular campaign as well as reaching a Challenge Cup semi-final for the first time since 1998.

There will be 14 Betfred League 1 teams who will enter the draw for the third round alongside the 12 winning sides from the second round of the competition, which all take place on Saturday 10 February.
