Albert Kelly has confirmed that he will remain with Hull KR in 2017.

Kelly wrote on Twitter that he is staying as a Robin.

“I’m excited to say that I’ll be staying on with the Robins next year to see out the third year of my contract,” he tweeted.

“Was great to hear from my management team that I had interest back in the NRL, but my family and I are really enjoying our team here in the UK and I’m especially loving my time with KR.

“Not sure what’s in store after that, but I’m excited for the journey ahead.”

The cousin of Greg Inglis, Kelly has had stints at Cronulla, Newcastle and Gold Coast.

The halfback joined Hull KR at the end of 2014.
