Ah Van and Moore charged

Patrick Ah Van and Scott Moore are facing long bans after the pair were charged from Friday’s spiteful match between Widnes and Wakefield.

Ah Van has been charged with a Grade E Dangerous Throw while Moore has been slapped with three offences.

The Wakefield hooker, who was sent off during the game, has been charged with Grade A Other Contrary Behaviour, Grade B High Tackle and Grade A Punching.

Widnes players Aaron Heremaia and Stefan Marsh have also been charged, with Grade A Punching and Grade C Tripping respectively, from the Vikings loss.

Salford’s Logan Tomkins will face a Grade C Dangerous Contact charge and Wigan’s Tony Clubb a Grade B Striking with Shoulder charge.
