Hunslet Hawks have confirmed that they have signed Mo Agoro from Oldham for the 2015 season.

The 21-year-old winger returns to Yorkshire, after coming through the Leeds Rhinos youth system.

“Mo joins us after having a fantastic year at the Roughyeds,” said Hunslet director of rugby Darren Williams.

“He has really kicked on this year and he’s shown some real signs of improvement in his game.

“He will fit right into our structures here as he’s had a good grounding at the Rhino’s.

“It’s a great opportunity for Mo joining his local team and playing at a higher level.

“He’s been a handful with the ball in the games he’s played against us this year and was recently named in the Kingstone Press Championship 1 team of the year.

“He was unlucky to miss out in the play off series as he picked up a slight knock in the final rounds of the league campaign.”

Agoro is looking forwward to developing his career with the Hawks.

He said: “Hunslet is a great club who are progressing every year and I’m looking forward to being a part of it and I’m excited to play in the new look Championship which I can’t wait to participate in for my new club.”
