Do we really need to expand?

With the July date for the final decision, on who will be fortunate enough to be accepted be in Super League for the 2009 season, fast approaching it seems that the RFL dream of expanding to Wales will be finally brought home. Of course, it is only speculation that RFL will accept Celtic Crusaders into next year’s competition.
