Tony Rea credits four-try Luke Dorn for Tigers win
London Broncos coach Tony Rea praised Luke Dorn for his four tries in Sunday’s win over Castleford Tigers.
Dorn scored his first three tries in the first half to give the Broncos a 30-10 lead at half time, which pleased Rea as the Broncos look to avoid the wooden spoon.
Rea said: “Luke has all the talent but his efforts today were off the back of good work by other players. He has made some bad choices but he seems to have picked things up recently.
"What pleases me more was the intent we showed from first minute to last. I was happy with the integrity of the players and the way they coped.”
Rea’s side host Warrington on Friday night, a game the London coach says will see how far his side have progressed since Rob Powell left the club earlier this season.
Rea said: “How the side will handle back-to-back wins will tell us a lot. Yes, Warrington will be a good barometer, but every game is a good barometer for us really.
“I am happy with the way we are progressing and we need to keep that going.”
