Big decisions for Giants game
Shaun Wane has some important selection decisions for Friday's top of the table clash against Huddersfield Giants.
With the news of Paul Prescott and Ben Flower being sidelined with injury yesterday, fellow forward Epalahame Lauaki is also a major doubt to play after being knocked unconscious in last weekend's Challenge Cup match with St Helens.
With Huddersfield's pack renowned for it's physicality, the loss of these players is a big blow and it means Wane might have to turn to youngsters Gil Dudson, Tom Spencer and Dom Crosby.
Wane has a positive outlook though and was quoted on wigantoday.net as saying, "We're fortunate that we have some good youngsters at the club and this is a chance for the likes of Gil, Dom and Tom to show what they can do."
Wigan's 19-man squad for the match at the Galpharm Stadium will be named later today.
