Leeds trio set for ever present season

Three Leeds players will have played every single minute of rugby league available to top flight players if they complete 80 minutes in Saturday's Grand Final against Warrington.

Winger Ryan Hall, full-back Zak Hardaker and captain Kevin Sinfield have not missed any moment of the Rhinos season, which has taken in 36 games, including the World Club Challenge, Challenge Cup Final and three rounds of the Super League play-offs.

For the second consecutive season, Leeds have reached Old Trafford despite finishing fifth in the Super League table, and it has taken wins over Wakefield, Catalan and Wigan in back-to-back weeks to set up the Wolves clash.

Hall said: "I'd rather finish first and have the benefit of having a week off. Two weeks before the final, that is beneficial.

"We've done it like we did last year, we had to go away to the side leading the competition, and we did it that way again."

Prolific Hall has scored 32 tries in his 36 games this season, re-affirming his status as one of the game's best wingers, while Sinfield has racked up 355 points in 2012, including six tries, 163 goals and five drop goals, including a decisive effort against Wigan last Friday.

Hardaker, who was this week named Young Player of the Year, has notched 21 tries in an impressive season.

All three players are likely to prolong their seasons beyond the Old Trafford showdown, having been named in Steve McNamara's England squad for the autumn tests against France and Wales.
