Following Danny Brough's move to Huddersfield earlier this week, the transfer rumour mill hasn't stopped.

Lee Smith (rugby union to Warrington)
Warrington have entered the race to prise winger Lee Smith back from rugby union. Unsettled Smith, 23, is only five months into a three-year deal with Wasps, who will let him return to the 13-a-side code for £60,000. Former club Leeds Rhinos have cooled their interest in taking him back, leaving the path clear for Wolves to make a bid. (Source: The Sun)

Lee Smith (rugby union to Leeds)
Leeds Rhinos, in response to an unprecedented injury crisis, have inquired about taking back Lee Smith on a short-term deal from London Wasps, five months after the England back embarked on a new career in rugby union. Smith, 23, has made only one senior appearance, lasting nine minutes as a substitute full back in an LV Cup defeat to the Scarlets, but Wasps are reluctant to let him leave so early in his rugby union education. Gary Hetherington, the Leeds chief executive, would not comment on Smith specifically, but said: “We are short on numbers and are casting our net far and wide. We are ready to move this week. At this moment, I wouldn’t rule out anyone.” (Source: The Times)

Gavin Henson (rugby union to Crusaders)
Crusaders want to invite Gavin Henson and his Wales team-mate Andy Powell to their game against Harlequins on Thursday. Their respective agents have been in talks with coach Brian Noble. Henson and Powell, both 28, are said to be keen to give it a go but current contracts with Cardiff Blues and Swansea Ospreys could be the stumbling block. (Source: The Sun)

Michael Shenton (Castleford to Wigan)
Castleford could be hit by some high-level departures at the end of the season. Centre Michael Shenton is ­interesting Wigan, full-back Richie Owen will be on Huddersfield’s wanted list if skipper Brett ­Hodgson retires and loose forward Joe Westerman may be poached by another Yorkshire club.
